EndoQuality is a new firm run by the team behind EndoTrade – a well respected yet relatively new Polish provider of endoscopic parts and equipment. As the demand for our services grew, we decided to expand our operations worldwide to provide more clinics and hospitals with the best endoscope replacement parts, equipment and tech support. Our mission in EndoQuality was always to deliver the best product and service to our customers. We strongly believe that in a field such as medical technology, reliability is of the essence. Having clinics and hospitals as clients we know, that quality we offer will directly influence the working conditions of surgeons and other doctors. The equipment leaving our shops needs to perform in a stable manner.
As it’s well known, both rigid, and especially flexible endoscopes are complicated devices consisting of hundreds of small, moving parts. For example inside the tube being inserted into a patient’s stomach there is a complicated mechanism ensuring that the insertion section bends in a way precisely controlled by the doctor. The complexity of bending sections paired with their contact with the human body means that the highest level of precision is required both in their repair and performance.

As any healthcare facility, an endoscopy clinic works with many patients daily and operates under heavy pressure. Doctors can examine up to 15 patients daily using an endoscope. This of course means that not only the physician, but also each component of his tool is put to its limit on a nearly daily basis. We often find good quality equipment sold by clinics, that despite some wear and tear is basically a good candidate for being refurbished. We meticulously check every detail of such an endoscope, strip it down, and replace each, even slightly, worn out component such as control knobs or rod lenses. After assembly the endoscope is ready to serve your needs with full functionality.
